Gaoyou Caison Color Material Co.,Ltd., called "Gaoyou Caison Color", is invested in Jiangsu Province by Shanghai Caison, specializing in water based pigment paste production, is located in the Gaoyou city which is the famous salted duck output in China.

2009, according to the board resolution of Shanghai Caison Color, the production layout needed to achieve a strategic shift, we gradually transferred the production of water based pigment paste to Gaoyou Caison, with a total investment of over 35 million CNY. 2011, Gaoyou Caison Color occupied 25 acres, over 10,000 square meters plant area, with dozens of advanced automated production line of water-based pigment paste, automatic batching systems, ERP management system and dust recovery system.

Gaoyou Caison Color Material Co.,Ltd, audited by Gaoyou Development and Reform Commission, and passed strict environmental assessment and acceptance from Jiangsu Environmental Protection Bureau. How to choose water based black pigment paste?

Water based black pigment paste is one of the largest amount used by customers, we has more than ten types of water based black pigment paste, and six of them have conformed to textiles Eco-friendly OEKO-TEX100 Standard requirements, and some of others has passed the testing from SGS.

How to choose the accurate black pigment paste from us? In order to ensure that clients can get safe and nice bright black coloring.

If clients need black pigment paste with deep black coloring especially for eco-friendly printing, we will recommend select CTH-5000, deep black and the best light fastness.

If the adding amount of black pigment paste is more than 5%, we advise customers choose safe and eco-friendly CTH-5030 and 8503 in order to avoid flocculation occur with thickener during the printing process.

If the adding amount is less than 5%, Shanghai Caison advices customers choose eco-friendly black pigment paste CTH-5010.

For textile pigment printing or dyeing based on no-direct contact with skin, and used amount is less than 5%, we recommend 8501 black pigment paste, because it has good price and wide applications, can meet medium & low-end customer's demands.

If needs to dyeing garments or fabrics, we advise you use D-501 or D-505, and D-505 is higher in blackness, other performance metrics are the same.
