Fifty, according to the environmental features, they can named as: eco-friendly pigment paste, halogen-free color paste, zero formaldehyde pigment paste and etc.

为什么调深色涂料时会浪费很多色浆？

现在很多人喜欢别具新意，希望调一些深色的内墙墙面或外墙墙面，但在用色浆调色时就会发现，用白色乳胶漆，很难调出深色的墙面效果！

回答就是因为白色乳胶漆里的钛白粉的遮盖力非常强。

1.一种通过色粉调色，只能满足对涂料质量很低的用途，如运用如填缝剂、勾缝剂等；原因是涂料中简单的加了色粉，根本不会均匀分散！涂料颜色无法展现魅力！

2、一种是购买没有钛白粉的调色基料乳胶漆，树脂液含量很高，通过色浆调色，一般运用在涂料类调色，如蓝色厨卫防水涂料、红色聚氨酯涂料以及各种颜色的外墙涂料和内墙涂料等。但无法做到深色黑！

3、.如果需要调制更深的颜色，客户只能添加更多的深色的色浆，但由于涂料色浆没有乳胶漆的附着牢度、光滑度和成膜性都会受影响，上海彩生技术部再次提醒消费者，色浆添加量不要超过涂料量的10%。

存在的问题：涂料在调深色时经常涉及加入太多的色浆后，涂料发生增稠现象，这些都是色浆内的表面活性剂被乳胶漆基料破坏，造成色浆中颜料颗粒积聚，可能导致客户的损失！涂料报废，而且产生的报废涂料没有地方处理回收！
