Pigment dispersion and pigment paste

Pigment dispersion is one kind of pigment preparations, which is made  with organic pigments or inorganic pigments and some suitable surfactants.  After certain period of time of finely grinding and highly dispersing in different solvent systems, they are made into pigment dispersions. If the solvent is water, it is water-based pigment dispersion. If the solvent is oil, it is oil-based pigment dispersion. Our products are water based pigment dispersion with high pigment content and fineness, it is also resin free system.

Currently, we have five series water-based pigment dispersion products, they are:

 CTH series eco-friendly textile printing pigment dispersion;

 D series eco-friendly textile dyeing pigment dispersion;

 CD series eco-friendly textile cationic dyeing pigment dispersion;

 8 series multifunctional no-resin pigment dispersion;

 CP series latex tinting pigment dispersion;

They are more than 300colors with high color strength, the particle size of pigment dispersion has three grades: 10um,5um and 1um. Most of our pigment dispersion is less than 5um, we also can provide 1um grade level pigment dispersion if design and special application needed. 

In fact, pigment dispersion is regularly called pigment paste in Chinese or Asia markets.Because the appearance form of pigment dispersion looks like liquid paste, we are used to call it pigment paste. So you also can name our products water based pigment paste. It is the same pigment preparation product. 

And I still need to complement an important information for our pigment dispersion or pigment paste. It is only pigment preparation, no resin or binder in side. So it can not be used for printing,dyeing and coating directly. They just provide the desired colors, clients should match the appropriate connection materials (binders) or additives to prepare the finished pigment colorant.
