New products| PVC tinting pigment paste-CU series

To replace the imported products, Shanghai Caison independently researched and developed a new pigment paste product--PVC coloring pigment paste. It can replace the masterbatch used for traditional PVC tinting.

CAISON brand CU series PVC pigment paste is produced by carbon black, superior red pigment, yellow pigment which is added into liquid carrier with appropriate surfactant, and making the stable dispersion,then complete it to be suitable for PVC sheet molding of various types of plastic Products.

The characteristics of CAISON CU series PVC tinting pigment paste:

1. It's easy for using and operation;

2. High temperature resistance up to 300℃,  stability storage, no precipitation;

3. Good compatibility, is the best choice for PVC plastic processing and coloring;

4. Superior dispersion, high color strength, improve at least 30% compared with color masterbatch tinting，brightness increased by at least 20% ;

5. Easy to control the supplying amount of pigment paste during the processing, making the color more uniform;

6. The particles of PVC pigment paste is fine, particle size is less than 10μ, and uniform particle distribution, good transparency;
