ISO9001 External review of pigment paste production site in Gaou Caison

November 25, Shanghai Caison ISO audit team reached Gaoyou Caison Color Material Co.,Ltd which is wholly owned by Shanghai Caison. The Shanghai Color ISO audit team members included Casion management representative, SGS external review expert, Shanghai Caison audit team leader and members.  At 8:00am, the team began the audit of pigment paste production site.

The SGS external audit expert was responsible for the production site audit, including finished product testing, raw materials testing, warehouse site, and made management system compliance sampling checks.

Under the leadship of SGS external auditor, Shanghai Caison audit team had carefully completed the site quality standards compliance checking in this cold winter day, such as pigment paste production room, pigment paste texting room, materials sampling lab and warehouse.

At 4:00pm, the final audit meeting was held at the meeting room of Gaoyou Caison, The SGS external auditor had made the summary of this audit, he didn't find any non-compliance, but put forward two observations:

 1. To ensure no impurities mixed into the products during the production area of new PVC black pigment paste;

 2. More targeted training and capacity assessment shoule be made to ensure the effectiveness of post abilitye for Shanghai Caison staff team.

Shanghai Caison management representative expressed the gratitude to the SGS external expert and audit team, also thought about the observations offerred by the expert.  She required the relevent departments to give top thinking and improving the the lack of daily works, to produce better quality pigment paste products with customer satisfaction.
