Shanghai Caison supports eco-friendly textile dyeing| Seeking customers to make deep cooperation

Pollution of textile printing, textile dyeing and dyes dyeing is serious currently, it is a globally recognized trouble. In the 1960s, textile printing pigment paste ( one kind of water based pigment paste) was launched in the market，because of unique dyeing style for textile dyeing and less wastewater  compared to dyes dyeing, textile printing pigment paste was gradually accepted by the market for textile pigment dyeing. So far there is about 50 years.

But when textile printing pigment paste is used for textile dyeing, it is needed that two-step dyeing, the first step is cationic grafting treatment of textile fabrics, this grafting process needs water cleaning, this easily leads to some defective appearance. The second step is dyeing and fixing color. The environmental protection concept of pigment printing paste is that the color of water is the presence of pigment particulate. So comparing to the wasterwater of dyes dyeing, the wasterwater caused from pigment paste dyeing is easily to solve.

But textile printing pigment paste can not achieve the colorless dyed water. Shanghai Caison has made self-development with several years investment, hoping that develops out cationic eco-friendly water based pigment paste for textile one bath dyeing without grafting treatment, and can achieves dyed water is colorless.

At present, Shanghai Caison has gotten a preliminary success in CAISON cationic eco-friendly water based pigment paste.  Its advantages are following:

 1.To achieve one step dyeing and fixing in the tank. the fabric doesn't need grafting before dyeing;

 2. To achieve full dyeing, and no colored wasterwater discharging. The dye liquid can be recycled.

Above picture is the cationic pigment paste for textile one bath dyeing, the dyeing bath is colorless at last.

Currently, Shanghai Caison is looking for the partner to make the deeper application developing and researching on catioinc water-based pigment paste, now we need to solve the application troubles:

the dyeing principle of cationic water-based pigment paste is the charge adsorption dyeing. The old style textile dyeing is not good as textile printing pigment paste, the dyeing uniformity is not good as dyestuffs. Dry-rubb fastness is also needed to improve. Hand feeling is not so soft.

Shanghai Caison will be on booth number B685 in 2017 China Inter-Dye Exhibition to look for some actual clients to make cooperation, to develop catioinc water-based pigment paste. Shanghai Caison will offer free charge of pigment paste samples for supporting the eco-friendly textile dyeing development.

The customers who will accept the free samples should have following actual demand:

 1. Following 6 fluorescent colors pigment paste is needed for textile dyeing;

 2. dyed fabric should be cotton knitted, also is cotton as the main component of the yarn dyeing;

 3. Willing to use cationic pigment paste as the bottom dyeing;

 4. Direct dyeing with cationic water based pigment paste. Shanghai Caison will provide technical support.
