Shanghai Caison will participate China InterDye 2017| The Booth No.is B685

Shanghai Caison will participate China InterDye 2017 in Shanghai next month, the booth number is B685. Since 2013, Shanghai Caison had participated the China International Dyestuff Fair every year, and the annual booth number is unchanged, just B685. It's only for customers to find us easily.

Shanghai Caison has been insisting to do no special booth display in the show, and the focusing on the real new products introduction: all application kinds of  water based pigment paste. All of customers from the worldwide could see the featured products and low-key pragmatic style in Shanghai Caison booth for ten years.

Shanghai Caison will release several kinds of new pigment paste products in China Interdye 2017 in April 12 to 14. 

One product is fiber dyeing pigment paste before spining. This kind of pigment paste is professional for fiber dyeing before spining.  Compared to the fiber dyeing after spining, fiber dyeing before spining can reduce energy consumption, reduce pollution, shorten the process, reduce costs. And fiber appearance effect is good! 

 

Fiber dyeing before spining, also known as fiber stock coloring. Currently, more widely application is polyester fiber dyeing before spinning, and main method is that put the masterbatch (pigment or dyestuff master) into the polyester fiber first , then do spinning. CAISON brand fiber dyeing pigment paste before spining which will be shown in 2017 China Interdye Show can replace the masterbatch to color the fiber. This kind if coloring way with pigment paste can improve the color fastness and gloss of fiber.

Red PET fiber and black PET fiber on the above picture,  are all colored by CAISON fiber dyeing pigment paste before spining, the picture is provided by one fiber prpduction enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

Another product is BBH series safe water based pigment paste for baby products coloring. This kind of water based pigment paste fully conforms to OEKO-TEX100 Standard (Infants）, can be safely used for coloring infants products: such as infants textile products printing or dyeing, baby bathing products coloring, baby toys tinting and some other related infants goods.
