水性色浆在低温天气下使用要注意什么？

水性色浆是以颜料及以其为基本成分的水性制品，水性色浆的海关商品HS编码是32041700。

通常，水性色浆是以水为主要溶剂，但一般在配方中会添加5%左右的乙二醇等助溶剂，在安全性要求更高的的纺织类水性印花色浆的配方中可添加更安全的丙二醇等助溶剂，无论乙二醇还是丙二醇，都是防冻液的重要成份，所以水性色浆的抗冻性是远远好于普通的水溶液！

在寒冷的冬季，使用水性色浆，还要注意的几个方面：

1、避免将水性色浆户外存放！在零下几十度的环境温度下，即便有乙二醇或丙二醇等助溶剂的保护，依然会出现水性色浆的冰点，造成水性色浆凝结，无法使用！

2、如果发现水性色浆冰点凝结，应尽快转移到室内存放，等待自然升温慢慢溶化，不可用高温加热，造成助剂和颜料颗粒包覆的破裂，及颜料颗粒集聚溶胀！

3、水性色浆一般为铁桶包装或塑桶包装，若购买劣质低价水性色浆，可能遇到塑料桶受冻开裂，或者铁桶的马口铁含锌量低容易生锈引起底部脱落等问题！

4、冬季生产中使用水性色浆，也需要预防气候寒冷导致涂料本身配方中粘合剂、其他凝固点高的添加剂中，由于涂料配方变得增稠，导致水性色浆无法均匀分散在涂料粘合剂中。这个是需要特别注意！

Why titanium dioxide price continues to rise in China?

Near the end of 2016, titanium dioxide price is surging in China, bringing heavy operating pressure to the downstream coating industry. Just like us as a professional water based pigment paste manufacturer, what we can do is just increasing the price of white pigment paste to resist cost pressure.

Google searches "titanium dioxide price",  you can see the rising information mostly.

Why does titanium dioxide price rise so rapid?  Maybe we can analyze the reasons for it like this:  

The main raw materials of titanium dioxide:  titanium (high titanium slag) and sulfuric acid.  Other auxiliary materials: water, electricity, steam, coal and so on.

According to data monitoring, the domestic market price of sulfuric acid within a narrow range of the main shock in November 2016, the price fell 14.81% compared with the same period last year, sulfuric acid market is weak. So we can know that effect of titanium ore (high titanium slag) cost is the main reason of rising of titanium dioxide price.

In early December, securities analysts have a topics: Henan Billions Chemicals Co Ltd. which is a listed companyChina's titanium dioxide industry: Titanium concentrate ore price is rising and discontinued because of environmental rectification, is expected to continue to boost titanium dioxide prices. An announcement from Henan Billions Chemicals Co Ltd.on December 6, the prices of all models titanium dioxide (including sulfuric acid kind titanium dioxide, chlorinated kind titanium dioxide) would be increased by CNY1,000/ton based on the original prices to domestic customers based on the original prices, and increased by USD150.0/ton to international customers.

Analysts believe that improvement of industry supply and demand pattern, environmental protection pressures and the export business growth, is the main reason for the price rising of titanium dioxide before. November so far, the price of titanium concentrate ore rose again by more than 38%, and the implementation of new transport regulations to bring the increase in freight costs, having led directly to  price rising of domestic titanium dioxide many times.

Discontinued and remediation of Panzhihua vanadium-titanium High-Tech.Area enterprises is also continuing to promote titanium dioxide prices.

Purchasing Manager of Shanghai Caison believes that many of the above reasons causes the domestic titanium dioxide supply tensions. So water based white pigment paste price increasing is a last resort.

钛白粉价格为何快速上涨？今天上海彩生采购部为您分析钛白粉上涨的原因：

钛白粉的主要原材料：钛矿（高钛渣）和硫酸。其他辅助材料：水、电、汽、煤等。

据数据监测，2016年11月份，国内硫酸市场价格整体窄幅震荡为主，11月国内硫酸市场成交均价在322.50元/吨，较去年同期价格相比下跌14.81%，硫酸出厂价格南涨北跌；本月国内硫酸厂家硫酸装置整体开工率维持在6成左右，硫酸市场价格偏弱整理。

钛精矿涨价及环保停产影响 有望继续助推钛白粉价格上涨

河南佰利联12 月6 日晚间发布公告，各型号钛白粉（包括硫酸法钛白粉、氯化法钛白粉）销售价格在原价基础上对国内各类客户上调1000 元人民币/吨，对国际各类客户上调150 美元/吨。

钛精矿价格上涨显著，助推钛白粉涨价趋势。截止12 月6 日，国内46 品位钛精矿不含税价格为1,150 元-1,200 元/吨，较年初涨幅已达约130%。今年以来，国内钛白粉行业已经历了10 多次轮番涨价，涨幅高达40%以上，而国外钛白巨头亦进行了2-3 次的调涨。

河南佰利联的分析师认为行业供需格局的改善、环保措施的趋严和出口业务的增长，是之前钛白粉涨价的主要原因。而进入11 月后至今，钛精矿价格再次涨幅超过38%，原材料端的大幅涨价，以及运输新规实施带来的运费增加，都直接导致了最近国内钛白粉企业的轮番涨价潮。

攀枝花钒钛高新技术区企业停产整治，也是继续推动钛白粉价格上涨。近日，攀枝花钒钛高新技术产业开发区众企业向金沙江偷排工业废水、造成环境污染，目前已停产整治企业28 家，立案30 件。钒钛高新区内及周边金沙金地区钛白粉合计产能约80 万吨，占全国总产能的约23%。此次环保调查导致园区内钛白粉企业全部关停，钛精矿企业亦受影响.

关于植物染料染色，在绝大部分人的思维里面，会觉得很安全！

百度百科，也是以下描述：

植物染色是指利用大自然中自然生长的各种含有色素的植物提取色素来对被染物进行染色的一种方法。是指使用天然染料染色，同时在染色过程中不使用或极少使用化学助剂，而使用从大自然中取得的天然染料，对产品进行染色的一种工艺。也称“植物染色”、“草木染色”。

但我们需要深思一下，就会有一个问题：这么好的植物染料染色，为何没有工业化和产业化的规模发展呢？反而水性色浆是时代发展到今天，成为工业涂料着色的重要着色材料，上海彩生每年生产各类水性色浆就要1000吨以上！中国各类水性色浆企业生产各种水性色浆总量超过万吨！

1、物质的颜色是怎么形成？

当我们了解物质产生颜色的原理，物质形成有颜色物质可分为无机物质和有机物质，都是由于物质微观的特性才能呈现出人眼可见的颜色！以下一篇蓝颜色是怎样形成，就是初略介绍蓝色物质结构，形成共轭体，电子能量的产生，伴随颜色产生！水性色浆的故事系列︱蓝颜色是怎样形成的？

无论是人工合成的有颜色物质，还是自然界存在的天然有色物质，都是这样的共轭结构存在，所以血液是红色，蝴蝶有着斑斓的色彩！

只要颜色出现，这样的物质结构决定颜色的构成！植物颜色出现也是同样的原理！

物质结构受环境条件影响会发生不稳定性，分解、结构变异，就会产生微量的其他成分物质！

所有针对化学物质的安全标准，其实就是规定微量不安全物质的含量必须是受到限量控制！REACH、ROHS、OEKO-TEX，GB18401，所有安全标准都是控制微量不安全物质的限量！

植物染料若没有安全的检测，同样不能确保植物染色的安全性！

2、植物染色，工艺非常复杂，按现今工艺说法，就是浪费人工成本，而且污染严重！

中国古代科学著作《天工开物》记载的植物染色法，共记录了二十六种颜色染色，其中大红色染剂的原料只有红花饼，染前要先用乌梅水煎煮红花饼，再用碱水漂清几次，可用稻草灰水代替碱水。多澄清好几次之后，颜色才会变得鲜艳。这样的碱水漂洗就会产生颜色脱落和废水产生！

而现今上海彩生生产的超浓缩水性色浆，用户只要在水性粘合剂中加入非常少的添加量，最高不能超过10%，浅色可在十万分之一的添加比例，就可以方便着色,在纺织品、日用品、建筑、工业烤漆等广泛领域使用！

3、植物染色的颜色着色力低，而且染色牢度差！

在著作《天工开物》中，对植物染色牢度也有描述：红花最怕遇到沉香和麝香，如果把红色的衣服与这些熏衣的香料放在一起收藏，一两个月内就会褪色。用红花浸染过的丝绸，如果想让红色褪掉，只需把丝绸浸湿，上面滴几十滴碱水或稻草灰水，就能把红色完全褪去。

Pigment dispersion and pigment paste

Pigment dispersion is one kind of pigment preparations, which is made  with organic pigments or inorganic pigments and some suitable surfactants.  After certain period of time of finely grinding and highly dispersing in different solvent systems, they are made into pigment dispersions. If the solvent is water, it is water-based pigment dispersion. If the solvent is oil, it is oil-based pigment dispersion. Our products are water based pigment dispersion with high pigment content and fineness, it is also resin free system.

The Chairman of Shanghai Caison talked about CHINACOAT 2016 in Guangzhou

Dec 2,2016 was the last day of CHINACOAT 2016 Guangzhou station,  a lot of people still had gone to visit the exhibition. The coatings industry equipment exhibition area was the focus that Shanghai Caison Chairman must had to pay the attention.

From the situation of coatings inductrial exhibitors and industrial equipments displayed, Shanghai Caison Chairman thought that the current development of Chinese coatings industry had the following three  characteristics:

 1. Increasing of mass / integration / intensive production equipments,  which means that the future will gradually focus on the coating industry centralization;

 2. No much automated robot displayed which to enhance industrial automation efficiency;

 3.High degree of similarity, lack of breakthrough-type technology, and innovation is not high.

The annual global coatings exhibition---CHINACOAT 2016, will be held from Nov. 30 to Dec. 2, 2016 in Guangzhou Canton Fair Complex.It is  a gathering of raw materials and equipments for coatings.

CHINACOAT 2016, there are 818 exhibitors from China and around the world, 552 exhibitors of them are from China, 266 ones are from overseas. And 659 exhibitors are suppliers of coatings raw materials, the others are the equipments and equipment  parts suppliers, especially,  software providers are only one! Obviously, from the latest CHINACOAT 2016 informed of the number of exhibitors, it records a new low of nearly four years. The number of exhibitors in CHINACOAT 2013 and CHINACOAT 2014 are all over one thousand!

ISO9001 External review of pigment paste production site in Gaou Caison

November 25, Shanghai Caison ISO audit team reached Gaoyou Caison Color Material Co.,Ltd which is wholly owned by Shanghai Caison. The Shanghai Color ISO audit team members included Casion management representative, SGS external review expert, Shanghai Caison audit team leader and members.  At 8:00am, the team began the audit of pigment paste production site.

The SGS external audit expert was responsible for the production site audit, including finished product testing, raw materials testing, warehouse site, and made management system compliance sampling checks.

Under the leadship of SGS external auditor, Shanghai Caison audit team had carefully completed the site quality standards compliance checking in this cold winter day, such as pigment paste production room, pigment paste texting room, materials sampling lab and warehouse.

At 4:00pm, the final audit meeting was held at the meeting room of Gaoyou Caison, The SGS external auditor had made the summary of this audit, he didn't find any non-compliance, but put forward two observations:

 1. To ensure no impurities mixed into the products during the production area of new PVC black pigment paste;

 2. More targeted training and capacity assessment shoule be made to ensure the effectiveness of post abilitye for Shanghai Caison staff team.

Shanghai Caison management representative expressed the gratitude to the SGS external expert and audit team, also thought about the observations offerred by the expert.  She required the relevent departments to give top thinking and improving the the lack of daily works, to produce better quality pigment paste products with customer satisfaction.

November 24, 2016, One of assessment experts who comes from SGS had reached Shanghai Caison headoffice and started the ISO9001 exterior assessment works.It was once a year.

2016年11月8日，上海彩生技术部售后服务来到某珠光颜料公司，这是上海彩生的一家客户，将上海彩生的水性色浆8系列使用在珠光颜料的包覆中。

彩生水性色浆应用研究︱工业涂料色漆的浮色怎么解决?

在这样一个【水性色浆在水性工业漆中应用】的网络探讨会上，有一个问题是水性工业漆的工程师询问最集中的难题：开发水性单组分自干漆，浮色问题怎么解决？

当两种以上的水性色浆添加在同一个工业涂料中进行调色，在存放过程中，或在涂层工艺后，色浆中的一种颜色或几种颜色自己分离出来，漂浮于水性工业漆表面或涂膜的表面，这就是工业漆工程师在完成工业涂料色漆配方中遇到最多最头痛的难题：浮色！

浮色有罐内存放静态浮色和涂膜动态浮色，罐内浮色和涂膜浮色两种浮色现象，都有极端的复杂性，和工业涂料色漆配方中的色浆（颜色）、固化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、等很多功能性助剂有着密切的关系！也和色浆（颜色）本身的性能有着密切关联！

工业涂料色漆配方调整效果可能并不好：对于一个工业漆配方，色浆的表面张力，色浆内颜料的成分，对工业漆浮色的影响远远大于工业漆配方中的润湿分散剂的选择，一些工业涂料色漆配方工程师习惯遇到浮色后，加一些抗浮色剂，或润湿剂，这些方法其实都意在改变工业涂料色漆的表面张力，对于缸内存放浮色可能会消除，但涂膜浮色，加入润湿剂和抗浮色剂并不能解决！

涂膜浮色的成因更为复杂，需要进行着色研究：涂膜浮色设计颜色颗粒度大小，颜色颗粒本身的性能是否容易迁移，粘结剂（展色剂）是否相容，是否存在多种颜色颗粒的混合等？

简单来说，企业LOGO色彩与行业关系是密不可分的。

Why should the added amount of water-based pigment paste be no more than 10% for pigment printing?

If you want to use water-based pigment paste for pigment printings, please know that the best adding amount is no more than 10%.

For example, to textile pigment screen printing, user would prepare the textile printing paste, adding pigment paste for coloring; adding binder to fix colors, adding; adding thickener to adjust the printing paste thickness. And these pigment paste, binder, water and thickener need an appropriate proportion, to make the color and fastness reach the desired state.

Generally, the using amount of water-based pigment paste should be about 2% when you need to achieve the medium color depth on the textile printing patterns, and the binder amount would be about 20%. But if the customer get the lower concentrated pigment paste, its coloring strength would be poor.So the customer should be put more pigment paste amount to achieve the desired colors, then this will bring four obvious risks to users:

Risk 1:  if the amount of water-based pigment color paste is more than 10%,  the amount of binder must be increased accordingly, but the color fastness will be deterioration due to the supersaturation.

Risk 2:  The using amount of binder is too much because of pigment paste increasing, and it is resulting in worse hand feeling and softness of textiles.

Risk 3:  The increasing of pigment paste and binder will lead to instability in the printing paste system, mush water and few pigment materials are likely to lead to precipitation and other unstable physical phenomena.

Risk 4:   The increased amount of pigment paste and binder will lead to a corresponding increase of aromatic amines in the pigment composition, increasing of APEO in binder. Then the printed textile would have a bigger risk in environmental indicators exceeding, resulting in the quality accident and loss.
