One case of after-sales service |fade complaint of garment dyed by Caison pigment paste|why?

One morning in early Septemper, Mr. Cui who is one of saler in Shanghai Caison Color received a call from one iof his clients in Zhejiang Province, the client told him that his customer had a complaint about T-shirt product dyed by Caison water based pigment paste D-204 Golden yellow and D-304 Navy blue. He said the dyed T-shirt had been fade after one month displayed in the showcase of store, just as picture shown, the blue color was uneven.

Mr.Cui reported this case  and transferred the T-shirt picture to the Caison Technical dept., Manager Li analyzed it and checked the pigment paste fastness index, he thought the color fade reason was lower color sunlight fastness, and mainly fade color was blue,but yellow was not. So he confirmed that blue color was lower sunlight fastness.  But Caison D-304 Navy blue pigment paste had higher sunlight fastness, it could not happen color fade.  The sunlight fastness of Caison these two types of pigment paste was following:

D-204 Golden yellow: 4-5 Grade;

D-304 Navy blue: 5-6 Grade;

Here Manager Li found that this case was not normal caused from this client, so he asked the final customer's call number from this client, and wanted to check with him two questions:

 1. Did the customer use other colors to dye the T-shirt with Caison pigment paste together?

 2. Did the gray fabric dyed by Caison D series pgiment paste directly?

 3. If it was ture, Caison would do the same testing of color fade in lab, then to check if any problems?

At last, the final customer told Manager Li that they has used direct sky blue  dyes bottoming, then dyed shirts with Caison D series pigment paste, because they wanted to make a special style.

Manager Li had called this agent in Zhejiang Province, and pointed out the actual reason was lower sunlight fastness of direct sky blue dyes.   Because its main material was direct blue 15, and its sunlight fasntees is only 1-2 grade which was far lower than Caison D-204 and D-304.

The final customer acknowledged this reason and showed more trust in our pigment paste products。
