Quality Safety Declaration of Shanghai Caison Color CTH Series Eco-friendly Water-based Pigment Paste 

Since the establishment of Shanghai Caison, we always make the pigment paste produced as the enterprise life. Currently, we have pigment paste types more than 300 colors, and about 80 colors from them is professional for textile printing and dyeing. Shanghai Caison Color has been the Chinese famous supplier of water based pigment paste for textile printing and dyeing.

International textile goods safe standards are constantly updated, it is not only a challenge, but also a opportunity for our these water based pigment paste manufacturers for textile.

According to the existing standards of raw materials, Shanghai Caison Color explicitly declares that when users add no more than 10% of CAISON brand water based pigment paste in textile printing or dyeing process, CAISON pigment paste is full compliance with five key environmental indicators of class II in OEKO-TEX100 Standard, which is adult standard and direct contact with the skin:

 1.  Formaldehyde <75PPM;

 2.  Heavy metals is following:

     Sb<30PPM, As<1PPM

     Cd<0.1PPM, Hg<0.02PPM

     Cu<50PPM, Cr<2PPM

     Cr（VI）<0.5PPM,  Co<4PPM

     Ni<4PPM, Pb<1PPM.

 3. APEO (alkyl phenol ethylene vinyl ether) <1000PPM;

 4. 24 kinds of prohibited aromatic amines <20PPM;

 5. Phthalates<1000PPM.

As developing eco-friendly water based pigment paste manufacturer, we have the responsibility to continuously improve the safety standards of water based pigment paste. But because of over 100 kinds of raw materials in pigment paste formulation, we are going to gradually improve the safe standards of different series pigment paste from 2016.

If needed, we can provide white color water based pigment paste CTH-4000 white which is line with testing report of FDA safe standards. 

For CTH series red pigment paste and yellow pigment paste, we can provide 7 items safe indicators of OEKO-TEX100 Textile Chemical Safe Limited Standards (they are chlorinated phenols and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons except 5 indicators mentioned above).

More many indicators of Oeko-Tex100 are not related to water based pigment paste, we here declare no explanation for this.Please know it.
