How to get good sales in pigment paste industry in such downturn economic situation? Shanghai Caison Color is working and trying. August 26-27th, 12 department directors from Caison color production, management and sales participated in the enterprise training and discussions. General Yu made the theme speech of "Facing the difficulties and how to do" to Caion team.

General Yu pointed out that everyone or every company would face the difficulty, and the difficulties would be norm. When Shanghai Caison is developing and going forward, difficulties are unavoidable，and we must face it. Then General Yu summed up three kinds of negative attitude and six positive methods to face the difficulties which are based on her 11 years' practice management experiences.

Three kinds of negative attitude to face the difficulties:

 1. Shirk the responsibility; transfer the difficulties to other sectors;

 2. Felt invisible, laze;

 3. Stress the reason for the difficulties generated.

Six kinds of postive methods to solve difficulty:

 1. Note the prioritize order and degree of current difficulties; firstly work    out major difficulties and easy ones;

 2. Solve the difficulties with bigger difficulty coefficient step by step;

 3. Go to the site difficulties happened and do yourself.

4. Find the root of problems and difficulties arising reasons;

5. To seek external support to solve problems, teamwork, learning, apply for a request for senior support.

6. Discover new opportunities in times of hardship. 

At the night of August 26th, General Yu and 12 diretors had a round table discussion until 9pm. Everyone said his difficulties in works, also would to overcome the difficulties  and  be solidarity to go out of the woods.
