Why do we insist on developing new type textile cationic dyeing pigment paste?

Lead： Textile printing and dyeing industry is a major water user. The traditional printing and dyeing of dyestuffs has complex process and poor coloring rate, a large amount of wastewater with various organic materials and salt are produced during the process of printing and dyeing. This will pollute the environment, is a big problem of wastewater treatment. Along with the increasingly stringent on environmental requirements, waste water controlling has become an important factor restricting the further development of printing and dyeing industry.

1. Comparison of textile dyeing process

Traditional pigment textile dyeing needs modifying treatment in order to make pigment particles adsorbed on the textile. Before pigment dyeing, textile needs cationic grafting treatment, heating, so that the textile fibers connected to the cationic groups and needs cleaning, cleaning excess cationic grafting agents!

2). CD series water based pigment paste is suitable for dyeing cotton, hemp, silk and other gray fabrics, higher dyeing rate of garment dyeing;

3). Dyeing depth is Medium color or light color,  almostly can reach complete dyed. It can achieve dyed water colorless as long as appropriate bath ratio.

Currently, domestic pigment paste industry and dyes industry don't have similar products. For international market, only Japanese Sanyo pigment has similar EMACOL CT COLOR, but fewer colors.
