The purpose of Caison ISO9001 Quality Management Internal Audit:
Determine the effectiveness of establishment of ISO9001 pigment paste quality management system, to prepare the external audit of ISO9001 quality management system standard requirement.
Internal audit scope of Shanghai Caison:
To determine the all water based pigment paste quality factors covered by ISO9001 and all deperments involved pigment paste, including Caison Sales Dept., Caison Operation Dept., Casion Purchase Dept., Caison Technical Dept., Caison Equipment Dept. and Caison Gaoyou factory.

The basis of Shanghai Caison ISO9001 Internal Audit:
1. The quality management systems documents of Caison water based pigment paste;
2. Applicable laws and regulations, the relevant water-based pigment paste production safety and environmental protection of all laws and regulations;
3. ISO9001: 2008 the latest standards;
4. The requirements of customers who have bought water based pigment paste;

Internal Audit date of ISO9001: October 25-28, 2016.

Internal audit content brief of ISO9001:
1. Shanghai Caison internal auditor will issue the internal audit plan on October 8th;
2. Relevant departments will self-check various works whether to meet the requirement of ISO9001 quality management system documents;
3. According to the audit plan issued by Shanghai Caison internal auditor, during the specified time, we need to check: whether quality target of Shanghai Caison is in line with the actual situation of Shanghai Caison; whether it is completed in accordance with predetermined requirement; whether can consider and point out higher quality target requirement, in order to reflect the principle of continuous improvement requirements of Shanghai Caison water based pigment paste quality managing documents.
